How can I cancel my account
Solution
If you wish to cancel your services, you must complete this cancellation form five (5) business days prior to your renewal date. If your notice of cancellation is not received within this time frame, you will be liable for payment of the proceeding month and hereby agree to complete payment as invoiced accordingly.

A client cannot cancel their account over the phone. Account cancellations are not automatic.
We are constantly striving to better ourselves as a whole and would greatly appreciate any comments or feedback that you have for improving our services. If you are canceling and moving to a competitor, please provide details and we can match or beat the price you are looking for.
Please note that simply transferring your files to another provider does not consist of an account termination with us. You will need to notify us (using the form listed above) so that we can delete your files and discontinue billing for your account.
